One component ecosystem for ROV, AUV and USV builds

Product ecosystem

The building blocks for underwater robots.

Six component families — stocked and made to order, with the documentation you need to select and integrate them.

T

Thrusters & ESCs

Brushless subsea thrusters with matched ESCs, power management and control electronics.

C

Cameras & Lights

Underwater cameras including stereo, and subsea lighting for inspection and imaging.

E

Enclosures & Penetrators

Sealed electronic housings, penetrators and bulkhead bolts, underwater switches.

M

Manipulators & Servos

1DOF and 2DOF underwater grippers and subsea servos.

S

Sensors & Communication

Depth sensors and solver boards, single-beam sonar, power-line communication equipment.

B

Buoyancy & Floats

ROV/AUV buoyancy materials, custom floats and cable floats — 300 m and 500 m depth classes.

Featured components

Start from a proven platform.

Each family is built on a standard product, so a first sample unit behaves like the batch that follows it.

Underwater Thrusters

Brushless subsea thrusters with matched ESCs, power management and control electronics.

PropulsionQuote per order

Cameras & Lighting

Inspection and stereo cameras with subsea lighting for low-light imaging and survey work.

Enclosures & Penetrators

Sealed electronic housings, penetrators, feedthrough bolts and underwater switches.

Buoyancy & Floats

ROV/AUV buoyancy materials, custom floats and cable floats in 300 m and 500 m depth classes.

BuoyancyMade to order

Model-level specifications, stock and lead time are confirmed per order — request the datasheet for your build.

Buying path

From one component to a volume programme.

Scope and responsibility stay clear at every step, whether you are buying a single unit or placing a programme.

01

Standard Product

Component priced and stocked for direct purchase, with documentation available before you commit.

02

Bulk Order

Quantity, price, stock, lead time and payment terms confirmed with sales before order start.

03

Light Customization

Cable length, connectors, interfaces, mounting and packaging changes on a mature platform.

04

AQUROV Engineering Support

Core redevelopment, complex customization and system integration — coordinated by AQUROV, with our engineering team brought in where the project needs it.

Technical resources

Data before decoration.

How we support selection

Before commitment

Standard documentation

Product information issued with standard items.

Engineering

Basic selection support

Help choosing between models for your application.

Feasibility

A preliminary judgement

Whether a request is viable, before you commit to it.

Scoped work

Detailed design is quoted

System design and custom drawings are quoted before work starts.

Applications

Where these components end up.

Underwater inspection

Inspection-class ROVs and service fleets working offshore.

Marine research

University and research platforms with fixed project dates.

Aquaculture

Cage and farm equipment that has to keep running.

ROV development

Builders taking a platform from prototype to series.

System integration

Integrators assembling mature modules into new systems.

Evidence, not adjectives

What you can check before you scale.

01

Selection support first

Standard documentation, basic selection support and a preliminary feasibility judgement come before anything is committed.

02

Validate with samples

The usual path is 1–5 units to evaluate, then 20–100 units once the sample is confirmed.

03

Checked before dispatch

Functional checks on thrusters, ESCs, cameras, lights, sensors and control units; specification, quantity and appearance checks on mechanical parts; reinforced inspection for high-risk orders.

04

Batch gate

Volume production starts only after internal testing passes and you sign off the sample or test result.

Engineering depth

Engineering depth behind AQUROV.

Complex projects are coordinated by AQUROV. Deeper engineering capability is brought in behind us when a project outgrows a component order.

AQUROV

Products, purchasing, documentation and your customer relationship — one front door.

  • Standard components & small orders
  • Bulk orders & distribution
  • Light customization on mature platforms
  • Technical documentation & selection support
  • Engineering support & project entry

Engineering backing: ROVMAKER — core redevelopment, complex integration, system-level engineering. Same brand, same contact.
