Each option is confirmed against the platform it sits on, so what you receive is still a supported product — not a one-off prototype.

Harness or tether length adjusted to your build, so the run fits the vehicle instead of being looped and tied.
Connector
Connector type and mating side changed where the platform supports it, with fit and compatibility confirmed by engineering.
Interface
Signal and control interface details matched to your side of the system, within the existing electronics rather than a new architecture.
Mounting
Mounting dimensions and fixing points adapted to your frame, checked against the drawing you supply.
Selected material
Selected materials changed where the platform allows the substitution, without touching the core structure.
Packaging
Retail, bulk or branded packaging handled as a packaging service, separate from the product change itself.

First we judge feasibility and give a price range; then you complete the specification and engineering confirms it.

Feasibility & price range
AQUROV returns a preliminary judgement on feasibility and an indicative price range — before you invest in a full specification.
Complete the specification
You supply the drawings and detailed parameters the change actually depends on.
Engineering confirmation
Engineering checks the change against the platform: parameters, compatibility, interfaces and material. Only then is a formal quotation issued.
Order start
Payment complete plus final technical documents or drawings confirmed. Lead time is counted from here, not from the quotation.
Sample, then batch
Low-risk changes go directly to production. Changes to performance, structure, interfaces or materials start with a sample, then the batch gate.
A sample is a risk decision, not a default step.
We sample when the change could affect how the product performs — and we do not sample when it cannot.

Larger changes to performance, structure, interfaces or materials start with a sample, reviewed before a batch is released.
Custom sample pricing
A customized sample is priced as product fee plus tooling or engineering fee, and that fee can be partly or fully credited once the agreed batch volume is reached.
If a sample does not pass
If we did not meet the confirmed requirement, we revise or redo it. If the requirement changed or the initial information was incomplete, cost and lead time are re-assessed.
