Who we are

Built for buyers who read datasheets.

We supply ROV components and related subsea hardware — thrusters and ESCs, cameras and lights, sealed enclosures and penetrators, manipulators and servos, sensors and control electronics, and buoyancy materials. Component sales are our main business; complete ROV systems are a complementary line.

Our customers are ROV manufacturers, underwater robotics startups, universities and research labs, ocean engineering and inspection teams, distributors, and system integrators — primarily in North America and Europe, and in other markets with active subsea robotics development.

Product ecosystem

One component range, not a catalogue of adjectives.

The product families we supply for ROV and underwater robotics builds.

T

Thrusters & ESCs

Brushless subsea thrusters with matched ESCs, power management and control electronics.

C

Cameras & Lights

Underwater cameras including stereo, and subsea lighting for inspection and imaging.

E

Enclosures & Penetrators

Sealed electronic housings, penetrators and bulkhead bolts, underwater switches.

M

Manipulators & Servos

1DOF and 2DOF underwater grippers and subsea servos.

S

Sensors & Communication

Depth sensors and solver boards, single-beam sonar, power-line communication equipment.

B

Buoyancy & Floats

ROV/AUV buoyancy materials, custom floats and cable floats — 300 m and 500 m depth classes.

Buying path

One supplier, four levels of engagement.

From stocked components to engineering projects — scope and responsibility stay clear at every step.

01

Standard Product

Component priced and stocked for direct purchase, with documentation available before you commit.

02

Bulk Order

Quantity, price, stock, lead time and payment terms confirmed with sales before order start.

03

Light Customization

Cable length, connectors, interfaces, mounting and packaging changes on a mature platform.

04

AQUROV Engineering Support

Core redevelopment, complex customization and system integration — coordinated by AQUROV, with our engineering team brought in where the project needs it.

Light customization

Small changes on a proven platform.

Light customization keeps a mature product as its base. Typical adjustments we handle include:

  • Cable length
  • Connectors
  • Interfaces
  • Mounting dimensions
  • Selected materials
  • Parameter ranges
  • Packaging
  • Product combinations

Changes that affect performance, structure, interfaces or materials go through a sample first. Core redesign and system-level engineering are handled through AQUROV Engineering Support — you keep a single AQUROV contact throughout.

How we work

From inquiry to volume production.

Every order runs the same engineering-checked path.

01

Inquiry & requirements

Product, quantity, application, key parameters, destination country and expected delivery date — plus drawings and interface details for customization.

02

Quotation & technical confirmation

Sales handles price, stock and batch pricing; engineering confirms parameter changes, compatibility and customization. A quotation is not yet an order.

03

Payment & order start

Execution and lead-time counting start once payment is complete and the sales review — or final drawing confirmation for custom work — has passed.

04

Production & inspection

Stocked items ship from inventory; high-value or special specifications are built to order. Outgoing inspection scales with product type and risk.

05

Shipping & first use

Before dispatch we review configuration, stock, address, notes, compatibility anomalies and required accessories, then follow up until first use runs clean.

06

After-sales & repeat orders

Report order number, model, symptoms and operating conditions; a case closes when you confirm it is resolved. Repeat orders reuse the confirmed configuration.

Evidence, not adjectives

What you can verify before you commit.

01

Documentation first

Standard product documentation, basic selection support and a preliminary feasibility judgement come before any commitment.

02

Sample before batch

The usual path is 1–5 units to evaluate, then 20–100 units once the sample is confirmed. Volume production gates on internal testing plus your sign-off.

03

Inspection before dispatch

Functional checks for thrusters, ESCs, cameras, lights, sensors and control units; specification, quantity and appearance checks for mechanical parts; reinforced inspection for high-risk and custom items.

04

Clear responsibility

For third-party products we select, AQUROV carries the main coordination and after-sales responsibility; where you specify the exact model, the boundary is stated in advance.
