OEM is not open across the whole catalogue. It applies to part of our mature standard product range, and only where the attached MOQ, packaging and version-management requirements can be met. Non-standard packaging, labeling, logo and manuals are handled as a separate packaging and OEM service.

Not every product is open for OEM.
Eligibility is a product decision, not a price decision. We tell you plainly whether the item you want is open for OEM before any artwork, label or packaging work begins.
The design is settled
OEM applies to products that already exist as standard products and are in repeat production — not to items still under development.
The configuration has been built before
A private-label batch stays a repeat build, so your order is not used as a first production run.
MOQ, packaging and version rules can be met
The product must also satisfy the MOQ, packaging and version-management requirements that come with an OEM order.
Products still under development
If the platform is not released, an OEM build would freeze a design that is still moving. Standard supply, or a customization project, is the right path for now.
One-off or special specifications
Low-volume specials and non-standard configurations are supplied as normal orders; they are not opened for OEM labeling and packaging.
Performance, structure, electrical or interface changes
Those are not OEM work. They are light customization on a mature platform, or an engineering project — handled separately and still through AQUROV.

Your brand on an eligible product, instead of ours, for the quantities and markets agreed in the quotation.
Logo
Logo application on the product and on the packaging, from artwork you supply, checked before production.
Packaging
Non-standard packaging for retail, bulk or project use, specified per order rather than chosen from a fixed list.
Manual
Manual language and version handled as part of the OEM scope, so documentation matches what is actually in the box.
Version management
The label, packaging and manual version used for your build is defined and recorded, so a repeat order reproduces the same item.
Scope confirmation
Product, private-label scope, artwork and version are confirmed before production — nothing is printed on an assumption.
