From a validated sample to a repeatable supply.
Bulk purchasing at AQUROV runs one engineering-checked path: evaluate with 1–5 sample units, move into a 20–100 unit small batch once the sample is confirmed, then scale to volume. Quantities are quoted by a person, against your configuration, required delivery date and payment terms.
- Sample stage of 1–5 units
- Small batch of 20–100 units after sample sign-off
- MOQ, price and lead time confirmed per order
- One sales contact from quotation to repeat order
What a bulk quotation is built on
- Sample evaluation
- 1–5 units
- Small batch after validation
- 20–100 units

- Confirmed per order
- Lead time
- After internal confirmation
- Stock reservation
- On request, with a deadline
One supplier for prototype, batch and volume
Buyers who need the same part, again and again.
Bulk pricing, stock options and continuity are built for teams that produce robots rather than single one-off builds.
ROV & underwater equipment manufacturers
Repeat quantities of thrusters and ESCs, cameras and lights, enclosures and penetrators, sensors and control electronics — with parameters that stay consistent between batches.
Underwater robotics startups
Small initial volumes with flexible supply and technical support kept intact, so a first production run does not require a first-tier order.
Universities & research labs
Complete parameters, wiring and interface information for procurement and project approval, plus small-batch and sample support.
Distributors & trading partners
Wholesale pricing, stock, after-sales cost control and OEM, mixed-batch and territory questions handled on the same channel.
Ocean engineering & inspection companies
Spare parts and repeat component supply for working fleets, where downtime is the real cost.
Integrators building the same system repeatedly
Mature modules ordered at a stable configuration, with documentation that lets you requalify once and reuse it.
The usual bulk path, step by step.
Progression is gated, not assumed: each stage is entered after the previous one is confirmed.
Sample
Typically 1–5 units at normal selling price, used to validate parameters, fit and compatibility inside your own build.
Small batch
20–100 units once the sample is confirmed. Configuration, quantity, MOQ, delivery date and payment terms are fixed in the quotation before order start.
Volume order
Mature programmes move into volume purchasing with the confirmed configuration reused and inspection scaled to product type and risk.
Repeat supply
Repeat orders keep the same part, the same documents and the same contact, so already-qualified items are not re-qualified every cycle.
One MOQ number would be the wrong answer.
The minimum order quantity depends on what you buy and how it is supplied. The MOQ that applies to your line items is stated in the quotation, together with the stock and lead-time position.
MOQ, stock and reservation
- MOQ for your order
- Confirmed per order
- Packaging or OEM scope attached
- May raise the MOQ
- Common standard items
- Kept in stock
- High-value, low-frequency or special specifications
- Made to order
- Stock reservation, ordinary orders
- After payment is complete
- Short reservation for a confirmed PO, key account or large order
- On request, with a deadline
Reservation always carries an agreed cut-off date
A delivery date is confirmed before it is promised.
Quotation, order start and lead time are three separate moments — and only the last one starts the clock.
Stocked vs made to order
Common standard items ship from stock. High-value, low-frequency and special specifications are produced after the order starts.
Confirmed internally, not guessed
Sales cannot commit a delivery date on its own. Engineering, production and purchasing confirm internally before any date is quoted to you.
When lead time starts counting
Standard items: payment complete + sales review passed. Custom items: payment complete + final drawings confirmed. Confirming a quotation is not yet an order.
Changes are re-evaluated
Changes after the technical documents are confirmed — or after the order has entered preparation, production, packaging or dispatch — are re-assessed for feasibility, price and lead time.
Payment terms that scale with the order.
Small standard orders are paid online; bulk, enterprise and custom orders are settled on terms agreed with sales before order start.

If a price looks high, we first check what it is being compared with
Batch two should behave like batch one.
Outgoing inspection is scaled to product type and risk, and volume production only starts behind a gate.
Inspection by product type
Thrusters, ESCs, cameras, lights, sensors and control units get basic functional checks. Penetrators, bolts and mechanical parts are checked for specification, quantity and appearance.
Batch production gate
Volume production starts only after internal testing passes and the customer confirms the sample or test result.
Reinforced inspection on risk
High-risk, key-function and custom items can be reinforced-inspected or fully inspected. Mature variants and simple mechanical parts are inspected by sampling.
Reusable configuration
Once a configuration is confirmed it is reused on repeat orders, so a validated batch can be ordered again as it was qualified.
Send a purchasing inquiry, not a message.
A bulk quotation is only accurate when the commercial and technical basics are on the table — the same information your own procurement team would ask us for.
