Using this website

Normal use, and the limits of it.

01

What the site is for

Browsing the product range, requesting documentation, evaluating components, asking for a quotation and placing orders. An account is not needed to send an inquiry.

02

Fair use

No scraping, no automated bulk downloading of documents, no attempts to interfere with the store, and no attempts to bypass access, pricing or order controls.

03

Accounts & credentials

Where you hold an account, keep the credentials confidential. Activity carried out under your account is treated as yours until you tell us it should be closed.

04

Product information

Product pages, documents and compatibility notes are maintained for selection and evaluation. If a detail is critical to your build and looks inconsistent, confirm it with us before ordering.

Orders

When an order exists — and when it does not yet.

Confirming a quotation is a step towards an order, not the order itself.

01

Quotation is not an order

A quotation records price and configuration for a period of validity. Your confirmation of it does not by itself start execution.

02

Standard items

Payment received plus sales review passed: the order moves into execution and the delivery countdown starts.

03

Custom items

Payment received plus final confirmation of drawings and technical data: the order moves into execution and the delivery countdown starts.

04

Changes after confirmation

Technical data can still be changed after final confirmation, but feasibility, price and delivery date are re-evaluated — including once an order is being stocked, produced, packed or shipped.

05

Review before dispatch

Every standard order is checked before it leaves: order information, configuration, stock, address, customer notes, selection and compatibility anomalies, and whether required accessories are present.

06

Orders that look wrong

If an order appears clearly mismatched, dispatch is paused and the risk is explained with a suitable alternative. If you choose to proceed anyway, dispatch requires your written confirmation. Missing accessories are confirmed with you before shipping.

Prices

Quoted openly, adjusted within limits.

01

Price basis

Retail, batch and distributor pricing are the three bases. Which one applies is stated in your quotation, together with the configuration it refers to.

02

Adjustments

A sales contact can adjust within an authorized range. Beyond that range the discount needs approval, so not every request can be confirmed at once.

03

Multi-product inquiries

Retail customers are quoted per item. Project and enterprise customers receive a combined quotation that still keeps the individual prices visible.

04

If price is the constraint

Tell us what you are comparing against and the specification, configuration, quantity, delivery date and payment terms you need. The review order is quantity, configuration, packaging, logistics, payment method, then unit price discount.

Payment

How orders are paid for.

Payment method follows order size and order type. The arrangement used for your order is stated in the quotation.

01

Online payment

Small standard orders are paid online through the store. Larger orders, batch purchases and enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer.

02

Custom work

Small custom amounts are paid in full in advance. Larger amounts are split into a deposit and a balance, and the balance is settled before shipment as a rule.

03

Credit terms

Payment terms are assessed per customer and per project. They are not granted by default, and any agreed terms are recorded in the applicable quotation or contract.

Intellectual property & technical documentation

Documents are for evaluating and building with the product.

Technical documentation exists so you can select, integrate and maintain AQUROV components — not so it can be republished elsewhere.

01

Website & store content

Text, imagery, layout and product data on this site may be used for evaluating and purchasing products. They may not be copied into another commercial offering.

02

Technical documents

Manuals, datasheets, CAD files, wiring information, product change notices and test reports are provided for selection, integration, operation and maintenance of the products they describe.

03

No redistribution

Documents are not to be republished, resold or presented as another party's documentation, and are not to be used to build competing product documentation, without written permission.

04

Project drawings

Drawings and specifications prepared for a customization or project remain subject to the applicable quotation or contract, including any confidentiality arrangement agreed for that project.

External links

Links that lead away from this website.

Where this site or its documentation points to another website, that link is offered as a convenience. No external destination is named on this page, and none is recommended here.

01

Provided for convenience

An external link is provided only as a convenience, so that a page you may find useful does not have to be searched for separately.

02

Content & availability

We do not control an external destination and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy, or whether it stays available.

03

No endorsement or partnership

A link does not mean that we endorse the destination, its products or its services, and it does not create a partnership or any other relationship with it.

04

Once you follow a link

After you leave this site, the terms and the privacy practices of the destination apply, so read them before you use it.

Responsibility & liability

Where our responsibility starts and stops.

Selection, use and warranty each have a boundary. These are the boundaries we state before an order, not after a problem.

01

Selection

Where you specify an exact model, that selection is yours and the boundary is stated in advance. Where we recommended a model in error in writing, we carry that error.

02

Use & installation

Installation errors, wiring errors, use beyond the rated specification, collision damage and operation beyond the rated depth are not covered by free warranty.

03

Warranty

Warranty periods differ by product type and run from the date of delivery. Manufacturing, material and product defects are covered; the claim process is described in Warranty & Returns and on each product page.

04

Limits

Liability is limited to the extent the applicable law and the applicable contract allow, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause is pending legal review.

Governing law & disputes

Deliberately left open until legal review.

We do not state a jurisdiction, a court or a contracting entity on this page, because those depend on the entity and the contract that applies to the specific order.

01

Not stated here

Governing law and jurisdiction are set out in the applicable quotation or contract for the order. Until that is reviewed, nothing here should be read as naming a forum.

02

Who you contract with

The quotation or contract identifies the contracting entity for your order. Where a project draws on our engineering resources, your commercial contact point stays with AQUROV.

03

Raising a dispute

Raise any dispute through our Contact page first, with the order reference and the correspondence involved, so it can be reviewed and answered before either side escalates.
