Warranty from the day the goods reach you.
The warranty period runs from the delivery date and its length is set by product type. Manufacturing, material and product faults are covered. Installation or wiring errors, use beyond specification, collisions and use beyond rated depth are not.
- Warranty starts on the delivery date
- Length set by product type, held with the product's own data
- Manufacturing, material and product faults are covered
- Misuse, over-specification and over-depth use are not

Where responsibility is unclear, the evidence and the situation decide
Two facts decide every claim: the date and the product type.
From the delivery date
The warranty period is counted from the date you take delivery of the goods.
By product type
The length of the period is set per product type. It belongs to the product's own data rather than to a single number covering everything we sell.
With the order record
A claim is processed against the order and the delivery date, so keep the order number and the delivery record together.
This page explains how the warranty period works. The period that applies to the product you are buying is published with that product — confirm it before the order is placed if it is part of your project planning.
What free warranty covers.
Manufacturing faults
Faults that come from how the product was built rather than from how it was used.
Material faults
Faults traced back to the material that went into the unit.
Faults in the product itself
Where the product is the source of the problem, the case is ours to solve — within the warranty period for that product type.
Third-party items in the solution
Where AQUROV selected and included a third-party product in the solution, AQUROV carries the main coordination and after-sales responsibility. Where you specified the exact model and we only procured it, the boundary is stated in advance.
What is not covered by free warranty.
These are the failure modes that come from the way a unit was installed, configured or run.
Installation errors
Where the unit was installed incorrectly at the customer's side.
Wiring errors
Wrong supply, wrong polarity, wrong signal or wrong pin-out at the interface.
Use beyond specification
Running the product outside the voltage, current, load or interface limits it was designed for.
Collisions and over-depth use
Physical impact, and use below the rated depth class of the product.
Where responsibility cannot be determined clearly, the decision is made from the evidence you send and from the actual situation — it is not decided by a default assumption on either side.
Who carries the cost when the wrong model is ordered.
Returns and exchanges are not normally accepted where there is no quality problem — so who chose the model matters.
Non-quality returns
In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have no quality problem.
If you chose the model
Where the customer selected the wrong model, the cost sits with the customer.
If we recommended wrong
Where AQUROV explicitly recommended the wrong product, AQUROV carries that responsibility.
We would rather stop a wrong order than settle it afterwards. When an order is clearly mismatched or missing a required accessory, we hold the shipment, explain the risk and offer a suitable model; the order continues once you confirm. If you still want the original item, it ships with your written confirmation on record — and that record decides the position on a later selection dispute.
How a claim runs.
Report the case
Order number, product model, fault symptoms, photos or video, and the operating conditions the product ran in.
Sales collects it
Your AQUROV contact owns the case and the communication from this point.
Engineering judges the cause
Fault cause and technical responsibility are decided by engineering, not by the sales conversation.
Coverage is decided
Covered by free warranty, or outside it. Where the answer is not clear, the evidence and the situation decide.
The remedy is carried out
Repair, replacement or refund, handled by your sales contact.
The case is closed
Only when you confirm the problem is resolved, or a repair or replacement re-tests without anomaly.
How the remedy is chosen.
The value of the item and the size of the case decide the route.
-
Low value, small quantity A replacement is normally the fastest route, and is preferred over shipping the item back.
-
High value Diagnosis starts remotely. Where that does not settle the case, the unit is repaired or returned.
-
Still unresolved A replacement or a refund follows.
-
Outside free warranty Handled as a case of its own, on the evidence and on the situation — not as a free replacement.Ask →
Refunds and replacements are not automatic: they follow the coverage decision, and that decision is made from the evidence in the claim.
Send the order number and what you are seeing.
Order number, product model, fault symptoms, photos or video, and the operating conditions. If the product is outside free warranty, we still read the case and answer on the evidence rather than turning it away.
